Moving Food

Moving food is one of my pet peeves. Why do we buy so much food that we have to cart it from place to place as we change residences? Well, I have decided that I am going to do my very best to have to move as little food as possible when we change homes in 2-3 weeks. That means that even if it doesn't "sound good" at a particular time, if it's here and I don't have to buy anything else to make the meal work, we're going to eat it. What does that mean tonight? It means I at a microwavable thing of macaroni and cheese that Steve thought would be a good idea to buy about 8 months ago when he needed quick meals on the go because of his job at the time. After eating it, I can say with certainty that microwavable mac & cheese is NEVER a good idea. Parker might disagree. i should have given it to him.

Next, I think I will go for a PB&J sandwich. It's hard to go wrong with that, and I have all that I need for it. And it will get the nasty mac & cheese flavor out my mouth. blech.
